These notes summarise the compliance principles that govern the Octa Gold PAXG membership and affiliate remuneration platform.
All membership and affiliate rewards are subject to the programme rules in force at the time they accrue, and may be amended prospectively.
Performance rates, reward ceilings and bonus rates are variable and set within administrator-configured ranges. They are not fixed.
No specific reward, rate of return or outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on programme performance, market conditions and individual qualification.
Access to certain rewards, ranks and bonus categories requires meeting stated qualification criteria such as active packages, team volume or direct referrals.
PAXG and the underlying gold reference price can rise or fall. Balances and reward calculations reflect prevailing market conditions.
Affiliate and network bonuses are only paid where the underlying qualifying activity — such as verified deposits or package activations — has occurred.
Historical performance, rewards or rank achievements are not an indication of future results.
Identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks apply to certain account activities, package sizes and withdrawal thresholds.
Access to Octa Gold, or to specific features, may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions.
